Our team is very efficient at processing the onboarding of a new or rehired team member.  We have partnered with DocuSign and created electronic packets that are emailed to your team member to complete.  This was necessary as COVID hit the US and has proven to be very effective and timesaving.  

Team members complete the packet via phone, tablet or desktop computer.  Once completed the documents are automatically returned and processed.

Details are important in the record management and reporting of team members and company documents.  

We at Wright Choice are extremely detailed and focused on following the rules and regulations to the nth degree.  We process timely E-verify records and New Hire Reporting as required by the State.

As we move into the future, more and more of our employment documents will be kept electronically.  While this is a challenge, it does reduce our carbon footprint by reducing, reusing and recycling.  

All companies are different in their offerings to team members, from holiday pay to vacation pay, from health insurance to 401K plans.  Our team will work with your management team to create policies specific to your business.  Once established, we will roll out the information to your staff and keep up with any specifics, such as vacation entitlement or eligibility for other benefits.

Some companies, based on employee count, are required to offer medical insurance benefits to meet the ACA regulations.  We have over 20 years of experience in medical insurance and supplemental insurance markets and will shop and present plans that make the most sense for your company.  Once plans are established, we will coordinate and hold enrollment meetings for eligible team members and process enrollments with the providers.  Monthly reconciliation of insurance premiums and/or electronic premium payments can be established.  

We live and work in a seasonal area and with that comes reduced hours and/or lay offs in the off season. 

 We are very well  trained in all aspects of Unemployment Processing from initial claim reporting, company unemployment reporting, failure to return to work notices, unemployment wage audits and attending unemployment hearings.  

We are continually learning new aspects of Unemployment as benefits have changed due to the COVID pandemic.

Ensuring your team members work in a safe environment is one key to every companies success.  However, no matter how many safeguards are in place, accidents do happen and when they do, our team works closely with your management team to ensure first reports of injury and investigational reporting documents are completed.  

We then will contact the team member to obtain doctor's notes, referrals and return to work notes and file the claim with the insurance company.  We continue to be a liaison between the team member, insurance company and management team.  We encourage return to work, even at modified duty and will work with all involved until the claim is closed.

Many workers compensation insurance companies are moving to monthly payroll premium calculation and payment.  Especially with seasonal business clients, this saves you from having to come up with large deposits or paying monthly premiums when business is slow or closed.  

We will calculate the premium and submit the information to your insurance company and process payment electronically directly through your bank account.  

Upon renewal of your insurance plan, we will process and submit the necessary documents and/or meet with the auditor as requested.  This is an annual process to shore up the premiums paid and earned.
