About Us

In 2015 I had the opportunity to open Wright Choice Outsourcing Solutions with the support of my wonderful family and many of my mentors whom I worked for in my 20 year career journey.

I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Horry Georgetown Technical College with an Associate in Applied Science in Accounting degree.  From there I went to work at Legends Golf Course in the payroll department.  Very soon after being employed, the owners bought the Sands Resorts and I moved over to take on the entire payroll which consisted of approximately 1200 employees from the golf courses and hotels,  in 4 different states.  

After about a year, I was promoted to Director of Human Resources and never looked back.  I had a great staff with more than 35 years total combined experience.  I continued to learn and grow within the organization, through many property sales,  ownership changes, and management company changes.  

There were challenges I faced along the way, however, I gained many valuable lessons that I still put to good use today.  I am very thankful for the opportunity to learn and grow with the Sands Resorts.  

Being a very involved small business owner does not allow for much other time however,  I enjoy crafting, painting, reading, traveling and relaxing with my family.

Daniel happens to be my big brother who is protective of his little sister.  He is always there to listen, offer advice, or do research on some new idea I have.  He has a (more than) full time job with Horry County but does consulting work when his schedule permits, especially during our busy times.  You can't go wrong with the Wright team!
